Isabelle REVERCHON's mission was to create a new concept in bumper cars for the dawn of the new millennium. She was to take the highly original line developed by Gaston and Michel throughout the company's history and breath new life into achieve a product suited to future generations.
The mission has now been accomplished.
Using state-of-the-art technology together with an efficiency in production without rival, REVERCHON INTERNATIONAL DESIGN has been able to respond to the demands that our international clientele has right to expect of a global leader.

Chassis

new manufacturing technique by injection into an aluminium mould = further improves durability and surface finish.
Rear axle : monobloc, with integrated brush support = simplified maintenance and replacement of wear parts.

Lighting

dichroic spotlights at front, bluish colour, varying depending on viewing angle, unbreakable front headlight, bluish colour, against chrome-plated reflector= improved lighting, larger section of the sockets wires,
rear and side lighting equiped with an unbreakable and more highly diffusing material giving greater lighting intensivity with the same power consumption.

Seat

monobloc, 20 mm wider so more ergonomic with cut out of foam rubber revealing the colour of the polyester seat pan, and in harmony with the bodywork.
Headrest : monobloc with automatic insertion and locking = easy assembly and no tools required.
Steering weel : with a soft center pad.

Mecanic

motor with new design = increased starting torque, collector and winding for higher capacity, clutchless motor fully treated anti-corrosive, motor side and bloc in pressed steel.

Accelerator pedal and coin-mechanism

Accelerator pedal : top-hinged, ergonomic and quiter = improved postion of foot.
Coin-mechanism : possibility of adapting our card handling system, making operation easier, safer and more dynamic.
