System TRASOL
New
improved floor pick-up system for bumpers cars by
Gaston Reverchon International Design
ADVANTAGES
of electric feeding of bumper cars through this new improved floor-pick-up
system:
- no more poles,
- no more overhead
netting,
- less than 50 DC
voltage,
- no more dust due
to arc on overhead net.
SPECIFICATIONS
Motors: 48 V power
790 W
- Less wearing of mechanical
parts.
- 1 Ohm resistor
instead of 3 ohms to control and balance the high tension in case
a car blocks on the track.
Electrical
feeding
- Feeding through 4 heavy
duty especially hard aluminium pads independently fastened underneath
the polyester chassis insuring absolute insulation.
- Dimensions of steel
track from 250 mm to 500 mm, allowing adjustment to different
tracks, according to equipment.
- Circuit protected
by a 40 Amp circuit-breaker.
- The changover is
secured by a set of 8 high tension diodes ensuring continual feeding
to the cars regardless of their location on the track.
- By using a 100 Amp
contactor, arcs on contacts are eliminated.
- Rubber wheels are
mounted on the back axles.
We
can supply the track to suit all requirements (shape and technical
specifications):
- traditional
with net,
- +/ connection
floor-pick-up,
- trailer mounted
portable track.
